Verify product details, quantities, and quality before packing to ensure customer satisfaction. ? Product Packaging:Pack merchandise securely and appropriately for shipping, using packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. ? Label packages with shipping information, barcodes, and tracking numbers. ? Ensure that packages are sealed properly to prevent damage during transit. ? Quality Control:Inspect merchandise for any defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing, and report any issues to supervisors. ? Follow quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. ? Handle fragile or delicate items with care to prevent breakage or damage during packing and shipping. ? Inventory Management:Update inventory records in the warehouse management system to reflect items picked and packed for shipment. ? Communicate any inventory discrepancies or shortages to supervisors for resolution. ? Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory levels. ? Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates and team members to achieve daily picking and packing targets. ? Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ? Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or packing is advantageous. ?
