Job Summary

The Warehouse Quality Associate is responsible for the check-in validation of all incoming loads to the Warehouse.

Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for inbound and outbound inventory matches.
? Ensures each load for accuracy at check in.
? Visually inspects all incoming vehicles by entering each truck.
? Maintains all required documentation for record management.
? Enters inventory data into handheld.
? Maintains bin integrity in mass storage.

Job Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED preferred.
? Minimum of one year of work experience.
? Prior experience in warehouse, inventory or auditing preferred.
? Ability to work under minimal supervision.
? Basic computer application and technology skills.

Physical Requirements
? Speaking: Constantly (investigates, negotiates, recommends, reports, etc.)
? Acute Vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents)
? Mobility: Frequent travel throughout Heartland Facility (Walking in warehouse)
? Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product, moving product)
? Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
? Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons
