WordPress Support Agent (Part-Time, Remote)

Clutch Creative Co. is looking for a WordPress Support Agent to join our team on a part-time, contractor basis. What You?ll Do:
? Manage and resolve WordPress support requests from clients.
? Perform plugin and theme updates while ensuring compatibility.
? Assist with basic content updates and minor site edits when needed.
? Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear, friendly, and helpful support.
? Collaborate with the Clutch team to ensure seamless WordPress maintenance and improvements.

What We?re Looking For:
? At least 2 years of WordPress experience, with a strong understanding of CMS functionality.
? Proficiency with page builders like Elementor and WPBakery.
? Familiarity with popular themes such as Astra and Divi.
? Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Responsive and reliable?our clients count on us for timely support.
? Ability to work independently while being a collaborative part of a remote team.

Bonus Points If You Have:
? Experience working in a support or maintenance role for a web agency.
? Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
? Experience working with WooCommerce.
