What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide Help Desk phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, directing calls to appropriate staff members
? Acquire knowledge and proficiency in systems leveraged by the Help Desk to assist members effectively
? Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
? Assist with the startup of new clients, including group enrollments, changes, and deletions
? Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and processing credit cards

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
? Preferred educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
? Preferred: 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
? Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
? Exceptional phone, listening, written, and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with PC skills, including Microsoft Office
