Work from Home Receptionist Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Scheduler/Receptionist to join our remote team. This role is essential to our smooth day-to-day operations, and we?re looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, effective at managing time, and enjoys interacting with patients in a positive and professional manner.

Position: Scheduler/Receptionist

Location: 100%

Pay: $18 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities: ? Manage patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are booked and rescheduled as needed. ? Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text to confirm, remind, and follow up on appointments. ? Respond to inquiries and general questions from patients in a timely and professional manner. ? Help maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with managing appointment calendars. ? Coordinate with clinicians to ensure proper scheduling of appointments and availability. ? Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.

Qualifications: ? Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred, but not required. ? Strong communication skills?comfortable speaking with patients and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text. ? Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. ? Tech-savvy and comfortable with online scheduling software, email, and text communication. ? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
