Job Description

As an Amazon Customer Success Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.


• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information regarding Amazon products and services.


• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.

Educational Qualifications
