Job Description

As a Flight Safety Attendant at Delta Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their journey. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the implementation of safety procedures, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and assist in the safety briefing.


• Monitor passenger behavior and ensure compliance with safety regulations.


• Assist passengers in emergencies and facilitate safe evacuations.

• Collaborate with flight crew to manage in-flight safety protocols.


• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.


• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.


• Additional certifications in safety and emergency procedures are a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.


• Experience in aviation or safety roles is a plus.
