Requirements:

• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications to their travel plans
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines?roducts and services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Meet performance metrics and targets set by the management team
