What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to crisis chats and texts, providing emotional support and crisis intervention
? Assess individuals for suicide risk and develop safety/action plans
? Document interactions accurately in an electronic health record system
? Research community resources to assist clients and follow up as necessary
? Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay updated on best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
? Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
? Strong empathy and communication skills
? Ability to handle high-stress situations and demonstrate emotional stability
? Proficient in technology, including computers and telecommunication systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a behavioral science field
? ASIST certification or CADC certification
? Relevant crisis intervention experience
? Experience in a call center environment
? Veterans are preferred
