What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Make outbound calls to educate patients about the benefits of a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program
• Establish rapport with potential patients and address objections to participation
• Tailor communication based on patients' demographics and unique health concerns
• Maintain a high call volume, spending over 80% of the time on the phone
• Collaborate with team members while demonstrating leadership qualities

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Sales acumen and proven adaptability in a high-volume sales environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain programs clearly and concisely
• Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Availability during business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm CST)
• Minimum educational requirement: Associate degree or higher

• Experience in a healthcare-related sales or patient engagement role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
