Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Scheduler/Customer Service in the Hospitality industry. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for travelers.
Responsibilities: ?Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals ?Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories ?Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner ?Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers ?Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
Qualifications: ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously ?Previous customer service experience preferred ?Knowledge of travel booking systems and software a plus
