Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy for TikTok, aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand identity. ? Create and execute a content strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement on the platform. ? Plan, produce, and publish TikTok content regularly, ensuring consistency in quality, tone, and messaging. ? Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices, and incorporate them into our channel strategy. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketers, to brainstorm ideas and execute campaigns. ? Monitor channel performance and engagement metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. ? Engage with the TikTok community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image. ? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications: ? Proven experience in managing TikTok channels or other social media platforms, with a strong understanding of the platform's algorithm, trends, and audience preferences. ? Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful channel strategies and content strategies that drive engagement and growth. ? Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to ideate and produce compelling TikTok content. ? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance. ? Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with internal teams. ? Passion for social media and a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes and new challenges. ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
