Job Description

CVS Health, a leader in pioneering healthcare solutions, is looking to expand our virtual care team. As a Virtual Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing telehealth services to our diverse patient base. This role involves assessing patient needs, delivering medical advice, and coordinating care plans to ensure patients receive the highest quality care from the comfort of their homes.

In this role, you will utilize advanced telehealth technologies to conduct patient assessments, monitor health conditions, and manage treatment plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver personalized and effective care.

Requirements

• Active RN license in your state of residence


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience


• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMRs)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities


• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and follow-up visits


• Develop and implement personalized care plans


• Provide patient education on disease management and preventive care


• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care


• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed


• Document patient interactions and clinical findings in EMRs


• Support patients and families in navigating healthcare services

Educational Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience


• Telehealth experience is preferred but not required
