Job Summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Help Specialist to join our team in California. This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour. Job Description

As a Customer Help Specialist at Amazon Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them with inquiries, complaints, and provide them with information about our products and services. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
