Responsibilities: ? Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning via remote settings ? Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements ? Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns ? See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice ? Makes recommendations to the care teams, effectively communicates, and collaborates with the patient and all disciplines involved in the care of the patients.

Requirements: ? Master?s Degree in LMFT ? Active LMFT License in the state of California ? 2 years of direct care experience, exclusive of orientation/training ? Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus ? Must be able to provide telehealth ? Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible ? Competency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and flexible in tailoring these to the needs of the client
